Thanks for this new start on help desk services. I will be following as the pros and cons of each of these are covered in the weeks to come.

I recently had to use the help desk service for my web host. Was surprise to find out that my addon domain does not have its own cpanel. So I will have to move the addon domain to another place on the hosting company in order to use Fantastico to install a blog.
